Masterplan to boost SME income level launched

KUALA LUMPUR: The Prime Minister has launched the Small Medium Enterprise Masterplan, which will include six high impact programmes and 32 initiatives.

In calling the eight -year plan a 'game changer' Datuk Seri  Najib Razak said it would be flexible to suit the ever changing environment.

"This plan is meant to empower the SME community to increase their income level and with rapid growth as well the government's support they could become homegrown champions," he said at the launch just now.
